STEP 1 = SELECT YOUR COVERAGE
Headshot Station ·········$1,650/$3,200
You can choose either a half-day (up to 4 hours) or a full-day (4-8 hours) of headshot station coverage. The headshot station inclides: All images in high resolution file organization (renaming files to the person in the photo) A standard commercial usage license. A lead list of all people photographed with their contact info in Excel or CVS format. Individual model releases for all photographed Headshots can be delivered to each person in private galleries or as a complete gallery of images, based on your needs.
Additional Headshot Station ·········$1,500/$3,000
If the amount of headshots you need or the time-constraints of your event require more than a single headshot station can cover, adding an additional headshot station can make sure everyone gets a great headshot in the time allowed. Additional stations also reduce wait time for attendees.
STEP 2 – SELECT YOUR EXTRAS
Instant Individual delivery ········· $500/$900
Increase to wow factor of your headshot station with instant delivery. With this feature, each participant will receive a private gallery of images via email within minutes of being photographed. We take care of hosting, delivery and support for all participants, so you have zero admin work.
On-site Image Selection ········· $500/$900
With on-site selection, our team assists each participant in choosing their favorite image right after their session. This ensures that everyone has a headshot they love, delifered both individually, in private galleries and to the company. These selections can also be retouched for an additional fee.
Basic Retouching for all Headshots ········· $500/$1,000
Enhance the experience by providing attendees with basic retouching on all delivered images. This includes blemish removal, wrinkle reduction, and teeth whitening for all photos.
Hair and Makeup ········· $550/$950
To help everyone look their best, we offer an on-site hair and makeup station. This gives everyone getting a headshot the option of a quick touch-up before stepping in front of the camera. It adds fantastic value for attendees and improves the final look of the images by eliminating stray hairs and reducint facial shine.
Enhanced Retouching ········· $18/image
For clients seeking additional retouching for participants, Enhanced retouching is the perfect choice. Each Headshot is meticulously hand-retouched, going beyond basic corrections. This service includes stray hair removal, glare reduction on eyeglasses, wrinkle and lint removal, and even background replacement.
Social Media Content ········· $1,000/$1,800
A dedicated memger of our team will create social media-friendly content for your marketing team. We provide vertical videos for instagram, cinematic behind-the-scenes footage, and stills, all delicered to you daily.
Custom Scheduling ········· $500/$900
For events with executives or VIPs, we offer a custom calendar for designated guests. This allows them to get a great headshot efficiently without waiting in line.

Our full-day headshot station includes file organization (renaming) and your choice of either on-site selection or instant delivery. You also get a lead generation list, individual galleries, and delivery of both individual and whole galleries. White-label custom galleries are available upon request.
Premium Headshot Experience Package ········· $9,000/day
This package includes all items from the Headshot Essentials package, along with on-site hair and makeup touch-ups, custom sponsor sinage, and a customized video display with sponsors ads. It also includes up to 250 images with enhanced retouching. Custom scheduling for VIPs is available as part of this experience

Deciding whether retouching is needed depends on how the images will be used. For a headshot station designed to enhance an event, we generally advise against it. We rely on lighting and posing techniques, along with headshot coaching tips and optional professional hair and makeup touch-ups, to ensure the images look flawless straight out of the camera. However, if the images will be used beyond LinkedIn or Teams, we recommend adding retouching to ensure everyone looks their absolute best.
How are the images delivered
